This session will talk through the key questions Charity Leaders should be asking to highlight the key issues and priorities to be addressed within their organisation. Shifting away from the detailed financial reports, we will discuss re-framing the financial dialogue around impact, while also considering the sustainability and resilience of the organisation.

Building Financial Sustainability Workshop

Co-developed with Cass Business School. the first Building Financial Sustainabilty and Re-imagining Organisations workshop was extremely well received by the 40 Charity CEOs, FDs and Trustees in attendance. Using the RISE framework to help clarify priorities and actions for the next 18 months, the next set of dates will be announced shortly. 

FD Support & Coaching

Whether you are an experienced FD or new into the role, it can be helpful to have a sounding board through periods of change. Talking through approaches can be extremely helpful, providing an external perspective on issues and challenges. A confidential service from a highly experienced FD, an initial face to face meeting will be followed by Skype calls to provide support when needed.
